Appearance 1.8lb foam - pale green/blue
2.5lb foam - white/amber
Texture Fibrous
Glass Fiber Orientation Predominantly perpendicular to the foam rise.
Defects The foam shall be free of all tackiness, foreign material, excessive polyol, isocyanate, or glass fiber, and thermal decomposition.
Voids Less than 2%
Dimensional The parts shall be fabricated to ship fitted master parts and or full size mylars.    +/- .10
Foam Rise 0.4 to 1.5 between layers
